Bring Out Your Wigs to Party and Unite -- Unite for HER
Bring out your wig to party while raising money for Unite for HER (UFH) -- a non profit organization that supports 1,900+ women affected by breast and ovarian cancer and provides them with healing complementary therapies like medical acupuncture, oncology massage therapy, nutritional counseling, and more, at no cost to the participant.
Join Gigi Project for a Wiggin' Out night complete with dance party at La Stalla to support this cause and empower HER for life! There will be a DJ and a dance floor just for us, a 50/50 raffle and more, so make sure to tell your friends and significant others to join in the fun too. Complimentary appetizer buffet & DJ is graciously donated by La Stalla Restaurant. A $40 minimum donation is required for entry. All net proceeds will be donated to Unite for HER.
Any additional donations are appreciated. Your gift can provide access to healing complementary therapies:
- $75 donation provides a HERS or HIS small care box for a cancer patient
- $100 donation provides one private virtual Reiki session
- $225 donation provides a private virtual or telephone nutrition consultation and 8-week CSA organic vegetable share
- $500 donation provides 5 virtual or telephone professional counseling sessions
- $2000 donation provides a full year of healing, complementary therapies to one woman, helping to empower and restore HER during treatment

Unite for HER Impact on Locals

After being diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer at 35 years old and having a double mastectomy, I wasn’t myself anymore. I had two little boys to raise with my husband. Unite for HER helped me get through this, plus chemotherapy and reconstruction. It gave me control and helped me get back to being myself. UFH is a beautiful foundation with a beautiful founder (Sue Weldon) who knows what it is like to fight the fight. UFH provided me with complementary therapies (yoga, massage, clean eating and cooking, clean beauty, counseling, and more) at no cost. They educated me in keeping my life healthy and they continue to do so through further events. They do such wonderful things for women and continue to have a little piece of my heart. Thank you UFH and Gigi Project for getting this support to other women going through breast and ovarian cancers as it is imperative in getting them back to who they used to be.

I am forever grateful to Unite for HER for helping to better the journeys and lives of breast cancer patients like me. I was scared and shocked when I was diagnosed at age 44 with breast cancer. I had two little girls at home and never thought life could throw me a curveball so early. UFH was like an angel who appeared and was there for me at a time when I needed it most. This caring group of people showered me with help and support at some of my most vulnerable moments. I met the most compassionate people through their Wellness Day and the kindness their providers showed me through amazing oncology massages, personalized yoga, in-home reiki, nutrition counseling and tons of farm share veggies all helped me recover in mind and body. We are all fortunate to have helpers like UFH in this world as they touch so many lives. Thank you Gigi Project for helping to support this amazing cause.
